My tips are:

Try to have a little exercise each day.

Have a shower or warm bath to help you relax.

Try not to use computers & phones late in the evening.

OOH yes Kenny,

I have drinking chocolate and listening to soft music for 30mins when I go to bed, doesn't always work for me but I wouldn't be without it.

I don`t do anything watch the nightly newspaper review before bed and that`s about it.

Avoid food for around two hours before bed and avoid too much liquid as well to prevent getting up in the night. Avoid alcohol as well.

As kenster1 says relaxing music. There's a shed load of that sort of thing on YouTube. I think the trick is just listen to the music.

My favourite tip is not to take your worries to bed. Make sure you write then down and what you plan to do about them.

Brilliant Greyone

I especially like 'Make sure you write them down and what you plan to do about them'.

Will certainly give this a try.

Not sitting / being in a draught as it increases my pain level (wind and coldness affect my pain!), also being moderately warm.
