Do something special for yourself!

No need to feel guilty,

Try to love yourself a little more, starting tomorrow!

I’ve got a busy & nice weekend planned. I much prefer to keep busy. I find weekends the hardest. Ours used to be all about family get togethers & fun now if I don’t organise activities I find I’m facing it on my own. Somehow I find that harder than in the week. Stupid really. But they were happy times. Have to stop looking back. Anyway had a lovely day yesterday & a nice day planned for today. What about you Chloe what are you up to?

Hi Caza,I'm with you, I really hate weekends!

Like you it's much easier to get through the week because there's pretty much always something or other to do.

I've tried to get involved in various voluntary roles, so that has really helped and I spend the weekends with study unless there's a invite, generally have to initiate that too!

Enjoy your weekend Caza
