Loads of exercise & a few glasses in the evening got me through.

Now that sounds good Caza :-)

I don't think I have. I don't think I will ever be the same (I've had a few horrific tragedies) nor do I think I should be the same. I will those I lost forever, I will grieve them forever.

Hello Hidden

No, I think we all change after loss, that's inevitable but I hope you manage to find some peace in your mind and heart eventually.

Yeah, this is a "true story" type of issue for me right now. Anger actually associated with the family member who died. How I've managed is to talk it out, pray it out and attempt to move on in the grief process. My family member who died was my sister, she had been battling stage 4 cancer for 7.5 years and it was a grueling process I lived alongside of her. In the end I was her family Hospice nurse until her final breath. She left behind 2 sons, my frustration, anger is probably to strong of a word for it, is her not preparing her children adequately for her eventual passing. She was a "take care of everyone over her own needs" type of person. She just couldn't bear having to do the "hard" task of adulting the boys and getting them prepped for real life afterwards.

What I learned going through this grief process and Hospice is that anger is actually a very normal part of the process and also healthy to have all ranges of emotions while going through grief. It probably would be abnormal to not feel this. It just doesn't feel very good going through it. I'm sorry for your loss, it's not good. I feel your pain. You are not alone.
