If I ever get ill basically I have to look after myself. I would really need to be very bad to ask for help, I have no husband, just my dog, I would probably lie on the couch and he would sit with me, so longs I have plenty to drink and he's been fed and also he can open the kitchen door to let himself out so am sorted
