It can be so hard to stay positive at the best of times, but it can be particularly difficult

for those who have lost a loved one.

Are you coping okay friends?

Hi Hidden

Sorry to read your feeling tired and down, me too!

Maybe it’s the the normal after holiday feeling, or the dread of the weather to come before Spring appears?

Thanks for your beautiful pic.

This afternoon it's my usual swim at 3pm which gives me something nice to look forward to and I have been busy this morning with changing the bed linen and with job hunting which are good jobs done and dusted!I am bringing packed lunches nowadays on the days I come to swimming rather than forking out for things at fast food places and canteens and I have felt resentful over it but took myself to the places at lunchtime to see the lines there and said to myself with all due respect that's ridiculous and reassured myself I am right to pack my own lunches and today it was leftover tuna and pasta from last nights dinner which I enjoyed!

Thing is those soggy salads they do at the grab and go places aren't that nice are they?

You are good with your swimming and outdoor pursuits Turnipgirl

That's a good idea, I've never tried these places but I'm sure you'll save a good deal making it yourself.

Hi Chloe & all, I’ve been keeping busy as usual. Aquafit—went to see a ballet —cinema One Life (brilliant film) went to a play which I also enjoyed. Played board games with the local schools children. Went for a bite to eat with friends. It’s been hectic which I like but I can’t shake this sadness & not wanting to be here feeling. I’m hoping I’ll surface soon I don’t know it’s just hard sometimes.

It’s my late daughter’s birthday this month maybe I’ll pick up after that.

I admire the way you push yourself Caza

I wish I had a fraction of yours, you're doing so well!

I'll be thinking of you and I hope you do pick up after the anniversary of your dear daughter.

Thank you. Unfortunately I know all about bad backs. Keep moving. Hope it isn’t too painful 😣
