The night are certainly drawing in and I realise that it may be difficult for some of you to get out and about.
Does anyone attend activities or support groups during the daytime?
Whatever you do, try and do something nice for yourself.

Hi Chloe, hope you had an enjoyable weekend, what did you get up to? It can be an especially difficult time for those grieving loved ones can't it? I try to walk my dog on the beaches and over the rocks close to home. As long as I can spend some time close to the sea it helps. On a windy and stormy day it is great for raging and shouting - great therapy! but the poor dog does not like it at all, she thinks I am shouting at her. I am so incredibly fortunate to be at one with nature's force.
Good post Chloe, Lottie x
Thanks for sharing Hidden
I was studying as usual after cooking Sunday lunch, bit of an odd day yesterday but yours sounds much more exciting and healthy too and now I feel totally bad for not getting any fresh air and exercise, thank you!

Chloe, Chloe, Chloe, at least you cooked a Sunday lunch and was able to enjoy your study. I wish I had the ability to be academic but I do not share that discipline. But I can enjoy the great outdoors with Izzie - she is one tired pooch. Me I survive and thrive on sandwiches - I would rather use my energy on walking, food for my soul, than use energy cooking. The great M.E. balancing act. I do however make a great bean and lentil chilli and a chicken or turkey, chickpea and lentil madras curry. So quick and easy to prepare.
I digress, may weekends always include activities you enjoy,
