hi sorry to hear of your father and brothers passing.im like you its the month of march I don't like due to my sons death.you are reaching out and I'm sure people on here will support you.
I'm truly sorry to read of the sad loss of your dear Dad and brother, this is very hard for someone so young to cope with. I take it you are over 16yrs now but nevertheless, you are clearly worried by the pattern of depression you are associating with your losses. Anniversaries always make it difficult to cope but I think I'm right in saying you're not coping well anyway.
Please do go along and have a chat with your doctor about your depression and that of your brother and Father, it really is important that you get professional help now, you don't need to suffer alone EM, we're here for you, always, anytime, okay? And there are so many new treatments for depression these days, which will help you.
We also have another Forum here on Health Unlocked for issues such as depression and you might want to pop in there too, here is the link:
Thank you for your kind message I have been to the doctors and he knows about the depression and the two losses iam on anti depressants i went back to the doctor last year to get help and he referred me to the Mental health team but the doctor from the mental health team wasn't at all helpful or sympathetic about the loss of my brother and my dad and said there was nothing they could do as far as he was concerned i wasn't bad enough even though i have dark thoughts.
I am tired of going back and forth to the doctors because it is always the same.
I'm pleased you have already seen a Dr and the mental health team but you clearly need to be seen again and I realise that it is a real trial for you to keep going back and forth but it is really necessary, you deserve to receive the proper help and to get on a healing pathway. Please will you do this? we're right behind you EN, you can do this, you really can. I'd also like you to contact the following sources of help;
