I note from some posts that some of you are familiar with, or have connections with Ipswich. That's reminded me to post this again - my friend is doing a half marathon in Ipswich to raise funds for the Society in just under 3 weeks and would be most grateful if any of you would sponsor him. As would I, and no doubt all of us who have BD! I have posted this already in response to a fund raising question in the 'questions' area, but there seems to be a crossover between what constitutes a blog or a question, so I'm hedging my bets and posting it here too.
