I'm on 5.5mg prednisolone and 21 weeks pregnant. My obstetrician and rheumatologist say I might need a steroid injection during labour but I still want a homebirth. My Behcet's is very well controlled with the prednisolone and complementary therapies like aromatherapy, reflexology and reiki. Has anybody had a homebirth or at least a birth without having an injection?
