Anyone else with nausea and loss of consciousness after certain foods or hormones?

I have gotten severe nausea (a few hours after ingesting specific food/drink) and woken up at night feeling severely sick and weak with vomit and/or diarrhea . I have lost consciousness as well.

This has happened in the past with hormone changes (like adding birth control pills or Nuvaring - and I also get sick (more mild version) with my monthly cycle. The past couple of years more often with alcohol -not alot (specifically tequila/lemonade - with a combination of pizza with banana peppers.) Last night was the third time with this food combination that made me severely sick, so at least now I have identified this pattern and will avoid.

I have recently gotten a patch test, prick test from allergists and a GI scope - all with negative results.

Just wanted to see if anyone else experiences this and has an idea if it's related to Behcets?
