Red wine

Salt

white flour

Food with heavy sugar

Fatty foods

Dairy

Coffee

All of the above are triggers for me. All for definite regardless of how little or how much - quite often I have to stop mid meal if there is a any of these present.

Odd huh?

All my favourite things 🤣 red wine, coffee and chocolate are all high in histamine and salicylates I think. Maybe something to look into! Gluten, diary and particularly refined sugar are known to promote inflammation. I suspect I have very similar triggers to you and have eliminated these from my diet for lengthy periods but I have reintroduced most of them in moderation.
