I am so very grateful for the support I have found on this site.
You have helped me to get my thoughts in order and made me realise I am not alone in all of this. As twisted as it is it’s comforting to know that I am not the only one going through this.

Totally agree. It is the one place where you know you'll be understood so don't have to pretend you're ok all the time! We've all had dark days with this insidious condition. X
