Bartonella Henselae with Bachet’s?

Anyone also test positive for Bartonella Henselae? My titer came back 1:124 which some considered board line infection or past infection. No symptoms of classic cat scratch, no swollen lymphnodes or young/ outdoor cat exposure. I just don’t want this to get in the way of proper treatment.

My son had behcets and when infectious disease dr was relying to help him. We did have a cat. He gave him mega does of antibiotics. He was going to hospitalize him but let him choose treatment at home as he was 14. The blood test went back to normal and realised he had both hla factors for behcets. He didnt feel better after treatment for bartennela.

My son did. They gave him a bunch is z pak antibiotics. This was long ago. There is so much that went on I cant tell what problem was what. At that time is when the Dr figured out he has behcets.
