Bruising around the knuckles

Hi my joints in my hands keep swelling and are very stiff. In the mornings I can hardly move them. If I grip for a while I get my fingers locked into a claw. Recently I’ve noticed they seem bruised, starting with red under the skin and around the joint that then turns blue/ black like a bruise. Does anyone else experience this?

Ive seen a blood vessel burst around my thumb joint in front of my eyes. Scariest ish ever. My hands are typically stiff and useless in the morning, so I try to do things to "get them moving." I drop a fair amount of things haha.

I drink 8 oz of water in the morning, first thing, and it helps a lot.

I get this occasionally. I take linseed/flax oil the vegetarian one and this helps. Came off it for a week and hands and fingers very stiff. If it doesn’t work natural so no side effects. Xx

Ooo that’s interesting. I’m vegetarian too. How do you take it?

Comes in capsules can get from Holland and Barrett but check vegetarian on bottle
