Ulcers appearing both inside and outside of mouth?

Does anyone else experience to have a blister inside of mouth (cheek or lips), and then having a pimple/spot exactly the same place on the outside skin at the same time?

My mouth ulcers normally cover the entire inside of my mouth and I'll get them in the same place around my lips almost every time. Making it almost impossible to eat or even drink water. If I go get a steroid shot at the first signs it will sometimes keep them from being on my lips. The mouth ulcers are by far the worst part for me and have caused scarring throughout my mouth, lips throat and tongue. It's even affected my ability taste food like I use to. For me getting a shot right away and keeping my temperature under control has been the best defense. Sorry I'm not much help. Be blessed.

I have had this, about 4/5 years ago and it lasted for 2-3 months. It look like a mild case of tinea barbae, but anti fungals did not shift it so I don't think it was this. The ulcer was quite small and mild, but in the outside resembled a bad spot going on boil. The were around the mouth, upper lip, chin area.

Sounds a bit like what I am experiencing, although my symptims are quite mild with only one 'spot' at a time on the chin or near the lip..

Hi there yes I have the same problem and with my nose as well. When I get really bad ulcers on the inside of my cheeks, lips or nose a sore will appear on my face in exactly the same place. I find them very sore to. My gp has prescribed fusidic acid antibiotic cream to use on my face which really helps. The only drawback I have is once the sore on my face has cleared up my skin is like tissue paper & peels especially on my nose but at least that looks better than all the sores. I hope you find a solution. XX
