Gloucester Support Group Meeting

Hi All

I have arranged a venue and date for a behcets support group meeting in Gloucester. The meeting will be held 2 weeks today and the details are as follows:

Date: 29th October

Venue: GL1, Bruton Way, Gloucester, GL1 1DT

Time : 17:30 till 19:30

GL1 is a leisure centre located in the town centre of Gloucester and we have booked the function Bar/ room (please ask at reception if unsure and cant find us and they will direct you). I will also be around the entrance/ reception area prior to the meeting start to advise.

Its our first Gloucester meeting so everyone attending will be going for the first time, it will be a great opportunity to meet wih others also living with behcets and you can decide on what you want from the meeting and on any future meetings plans at this time.

Tea / coffee/ cold drinks will be available and please feel free to bring family/friends/carers along to the meeting also.

RE: PARKING at the venue.... there are 40 spaces in the car park which is controlled by NCP and 12 disabled car parking spaces on the forcourt requiring a blue badge displayed. I am advised it will intially cost £4.00 to park for 2 and a half hours and a ticket will need to be displayed, ALTHOUGH.. as we are visitors attending a planned meeting we can claim £3.00 back from reception using the refund portion on the pay and display ticket.... PLEASE NOTE IT STATES ON THE BOOKING FORM THAT THIS NEEDS TO BE CLAIMED BACK WITHIN 10 MINS OF PURCHASING THE TICKET!

Therefore parking should only cost £1.00

Finally.. if you need any more info re the meeting please let me know, it would also be useful if you can let me know if attending so i can arrange how many chairs, tables ect that will be required and also hot / cold drinks!!

Hope to see some of you there if you are able to make it

I have recieved quite an interest from clinics regarding a Gloucester venue so am hoping it will be well attended.

Kind regards
