I have never really had early periods but since having this coil they’ve been quite unpredictable and my last one was a 23 day cycle. I’m worried about infertility , or is this normal when you have the copper coil?

the copper IUD should not change your menstrual cycle. It does not cause subfertility. If you are concerned about your menstrual pattern your GP could do some blood investigations.
