How long does it take for your period to start again after an iud removal? I got mine taken out a month ago. I was on my period when I got it taken out but now Flo is saying I’m 19 days late. I took a pregnancy test (negative), even though the guy I was with used protection and I waited until 2 weeks after we had sex to get the iud removed. What else could be the reason it’s late?

Your body needs to regulate especially after getting pregnent test done. I would say wait a month and if your still worried contact clinic and they will reassure you.
