I had the mirena fitted on Friday, i was on my period , also had a biopsy done, I was bleeding a bit after having it done then I stopped bleeding yesterday and now I'm bleeding again , I also had a bit of pain nothing major but its worried me a bit shall I ring the hospital where I had it done or could it be my period again.

It could simply be the Mirena coil itself as unscheduled bleeding can happen with this. If the volume of bleeding is small , then likely no need to contact the hospital. If the volume is large, or you have significant pain, then yes contact a healthcare service

Thank you for giving me advice, no There's no heavy bleeding, had pain on left side, but nothing major, if the bleeding continues by next week going to get it checked
