Currently started 2nd month of POP and am experiencing bleeding since Day 20 of first pack (10 days now of uninterrupted spotting). When should I start to get worried with this?

I had 5 weeks of that until I changed pill and the doctors told me that it could’ve taken atleast 3 months to stop
Spotting can happen in the first 3 months starting the pill.
