I just had a sex with a lady and i noticed it in ma penis after that but am not sure wheather it came in ma penis before sex or after ...but sex was prolonged dry sex with condom and oral sex without condom and i felt pain during urination the next day (monday) only after drinking lot of water on tuesday i didnt experince any pain during urination

It is hard to say what you are referring to. If you mean the bump in the penis shaft it might be a lymphocoele which can happen after vigorous sex. if this is not what you mean, please be more specific
