Since herpes

I got genital herpes last year. Since the initial outbreak my body is itchy especially my back which burns most of the time down my spine, I break out in little spots on my face and scalp like acne which I never had before, I get numbness in my fingers and toes, had all other stds checked all clear though the doctors say these are not herpes related, strange they only happened after infection anyone else experience similar symptoms?

Yes everything was checked and everything was clear.

I had the little tiny spots on my face (which ive never had before). I only got diagnosed early june
