Ok so I got the implant just over a month ago now I have had 3 periods in the space of a month! How can this be? I know that every woman can be different but surely 3 periods in the last month isn't normal? I am going to my doctors next week after battling to get an appointment but has anybody else has this kinda thing happen or can it just be me is there something wrong?! Help!!

Keep calm, and keep a record of what's happening to discuss with yr doctor.

Could well be a reaction to the implant....hormones have been kicked into a different timezone so to speak.

I would've struggled to have 3 periods in one month as they mostly used to last 2 weeks anyway.

Could also be partly due to the thrush treatment ?

Yeah I've kept a record it's just so annoying having 3 periods all lasting a week a time then stopping for a couple of days then getting another so frustrating haha thanks

Omg yeah I know and they moan when your moody! I went to the doctors they said it's completely normal but if it carries on she'll give the pill but have to wait argh thanks for your help
