Sick after taking pill

If you're sick 13 hours after taking the pill, do you need to take another one, is it classed as a missed pill or am I ok and still covered?

Well with my pill if i forget oe anything i just take it as soon i remember ornif it to late and gone to next day i just forget it and start thw next day
