Hello, i'm Nicole and 21 years old! on the 3rd feb this year i had the copper coil put in, since then i have had a period on the same day each month but they have become extremely heavy and long since having the coil put in, my periods are lasting around an average of 10 days! my periods are so painful as well. i have read that it can take up to 6 months for this to settle down, but i'm not sure if i can take this any longer! it's awful! does anybody have any advice? PLEASE! thank you x
