I wouldn't worry too much. Is it a five year coil? Do you have the leaflet? I had one and it was 10 years!

I would go to your Gp or family planning. You may need a new one fitted. Go where you had it fitted as they know the type you had.

Best wishesv❤️

The 5 and 10 year coil are different, so don't assume you can leave the 5 year one in for 10 years. I'd make an appointment to get it changed if i were you. It may not be effective.
