HIV Scare? Please help me

I am worried of my health recently. I am a 24 year old male. 2 month ago in September i had unprotected sex with one of my female friend. I am not sure about her sex health history but she told me she is healthy and also has previously encountered with unprotected sex with other male. After that encounter, my penis head is swollen and once i pull my foreskin there is a lot of this white stuff. Sometimes it does cover the head of the penis as well. It itches but there is no only yellow discharge coming from the penis and i don't feel any pain when urinating. Is this a type of std? After that I did have a sore throat too where it was hard for me to swallow food but that went away. I also had constant headache. Or do i have to be scared of HIV infection? Two years ago i had unprotected sex as well. One month after the the recent encounter that is in October, I did a full blood test and the results for hiv was negative but the doctor told me my pressure is high a bit and that is the reason for the headache. This is true because I do have a lack of sleep. But im still worried if it could be HIV. Last week I started using Canesten Cream Clotrimazole 1% to get rid of the white stuff from my penis as I was believe it was Balanitis. I only used it for 5 days before I stop as I notice the white stuff started going away. But after I stop it, I started having fever, flu, headache and abdominal pain since yesterday. The fever is reducing as I took a fever tablet yesterday. Is this HIV because Im having this flu like symptoms just 6-7 weeks after the encounter. I am very scared it might be HIV.What am i to do. Please help me.

You must go to a clinic and test . It is very hard to transfere HIV from a women to a man. You will feel anxious till you know .

Thank you so much for the reply. Another thing I forgot to mention was after the encounter, it was hard to wear my underwear because the penis was swollen and sometimes it does stick to the underwear. When I separate the penis from the underwear, the pain will be terrible and sometimes blood stain will be sticking to it. This can be explained that before we had sex, I was pumping hard on her with my shorts and she was wearing jeans. When the sex happens, it only lasted less than 7 minutes and I ejaculated outside of her. I am also uncircumcised.

it doesnt sound like HIV and you would be very unlikely to get it unless you had a cut on your penis? sounds like you picked up some sort of bacteria or maybe fungal infection. go to the clinic, and likely you will take a few pills and be fine.

Testing for HIV and check syphilis together is quick, easy, painless, confidential and almost always free. If you test regularly for HIV and syphilis after every time you put yourself at risk, you can keep yourself healthy by getting the treatment you need. It is always better to know. -
