I have been preparing some writing about situations that have been upsetting me, for a therapist I will be seeing on the 10th August. I do not know how to condense and sum up the information. I am confused to whether the paragraphs are in the right place.

If you're struggling putting the paragraphs in what feels like the right order, I would try and put things chronologically. E.G., start with the thing that has been troubling you for the longest, and work through to the most recent.
As for summing up the information, could you have a look at all the things you've written about, and think what is the biggest issue you seem to be facing with all these? And then see if that could be summarised into one or two sentences.
But, overall, unless everything is completely illegible(!), I wouldn't fret about the writing structure being perfect. It's writing for a therapist, not say, an essay for a teacher. The key thing is to be as open as you can and as honest as possible about what you're experiencing, and your points should come across.
I was not fretting about the writing structure being perfect. I was just asking for support with it, as it is something I have always struggled with. I also was just making sure it is clear for the therapist.
