I have HF Aspergers and seasonal light sensitivites. I tried a cognitive enhancing supplement Aniracetam this year to a max dose of 2400mg/ split into 3 doses. It has totally prevented my SAD onsetting and has very much stabalised my circadian rhtyms..

I do all of these things already regarding supplementation. I would NOT be keen on taking large amounts of Flaxseed oil as it would have a negitive effect on my hormone levels. I avoid soya products for the same reason and I am lactose intollerant

I am also an active avoider of the brassica species of plants apart from broccolli which I eat raw in every salad i have.... I cannt digest these plants properly leading to toxins leaking through my gut lining.
