My mind overthinks a lot and need a lot of reassurance and get tired easily. Got my own flat but craving more reassurance and support.

Something to look into, especially if you’re trying to figure out yourself. That’s what led me on the path to diagnosis. However something worth noting is that getting diagnosed did not change much. It just shone a light on the things that I do and why. And there is still an ongoing process to improve, find support and ‘fix’ things. Attend the autism show in the uk if possible, I also learned about Brain In Hand, who offer coaching which from what I learned about them after speaking to them seems solid and reliable. Its expensive but could be paid for via benefits or access to work etc. main thing is all about helping you get through the day and milestones in life. Alternatively dive deep into a hobby of yours or pick up one. Mine is swimming, running or music. Beauty is I can be left alone in all of those whilst getting much needed stimulus and exercise that helps calm me and destress.

I have hobbies but I can't get deep into them anymore.

The things to be aware of is anxiety and depression can exist with the autism. Perhaps speak to gp to get some counselling and it may help figure out your ‘you’ and what you need. The biggest benefit about a diagnosis is that is it may trigger request for accommodations eg employers. But you need to know what you need. If you want a diagnosis the reality is you will need to pay privately.

Be kind to yourself and accept your differences.

What about online Webinars, search for Knowledge, listen & take what you can out of those, they will help figure things out. Is there anything in College you might like. Push for change in your area, write to MP maybe, I don't know your area, ask NAS, or Mencap.
