Good Day Peeps, I am looking for advice, recommendations on the above. I use a Drive Rollator which I keep in the car and a Tectronic for ‘off road’. My mobility in the house is becoming increasingly dodgy and I am running out of walls and furniture in the ‘right place’. Any pearls of wisdom would be welcome. I live in the Isle of Man and try before you buy is, often, not an option.
Regards
James

There is one, unsure what it is called, which includes a tray which you can use to move food, work, books or crafts, etc. without having them all over the floor.
Have a word with the Occupational therapists, you can find them through either your doctors surgery or though Social Services. You don't need a referral through Social Services.
Hi Jimbob I would think most rollators would be ok I would just get a basic one and not pay to much ie you probably don’t need bags and seats. Consider if you have thick carpets or wood floors and how much space you have to move around.
🙂 Google ‘indoor rollator with tray’..there are several links, and various options. This is an example but there are other types, some with a handy bag. If you order from Amazon they usually accept returns.
I use a braked trolley like the one above all the time indoors and have a thick cork mat on the top tray for moving hot pans/dishes from the hob and oven.
