I am having hard lower back pain and while walking or bending it causes pressure at lumber which resulting unbalancing to body and happening much harder for me to even move quickly.
The nature of my job is mainly sitting 9 to 6 with 1 hour lunch break. After being in the same posture (sitting) it is very hard for me to stand again unless powerful stretch to my back specially at lumber (lower back).
Does anybody facing the same scenario or any suggestion please?

I have trouble with my back, although my pain is higher up, just below the waist region. I went to PT (physical therapy) and learned some exercises that really help. The exercise I like the best is laying on the carpeted floor with my legs (bent at the knee) propped up on a huge ball. Then you roll from side to side. You can Google 'back exercises' to find some helpful ones. My best to you..., ;o)
I have lower back pain too I found that stretches ( from YouTube) were really helpful. It really eases the pain. If I'm lazy and don't stretch it starts up again.
