Thanks for your input, Actually, I feel stiffness in my lower back lumber spasm, which is why unable to move fast. Believe if the pain and spasm vanish, i might have better movements. Do you feel the same way or you have just slow moves ?
If I try to move faster, I get uncoordinated, and sometimes fall. It doesn’t hurt so much, but it’s more like a loss of control. If I move slower, I’m able to control my movements better. If I try and move faster, inevitably I will mess up. I’ve banged my head, several times, trying to hurry, and move faster. It’s sort of like my ability to move faster, is compromised, and I lose spatial awareness, or something. It’s most disconcerting!
Thanks for elucidation, I got my limb stiffness and that is accompanying me with movements. Reading researches and studies for making it moved freely. Ali reading exercise therapies stuffs with dietary guide lines. I am not interested add more medicines to my existing dose.
Hi Kuchee, I have the slow motion problem. I don’t have it all the time but a lot of the time. There is not much you can do about it that I am a where off.
