Filled in form best as could.

Been less thn a year I've been receiving PIP, so came as a surrprise when i had yo filll kn anothef one. Sent a letter from Consultantant with the form as they adked for one.

Took me ages to fill in the form as hand i write with does not work :-)

Received letttre back saying that I Hvae to go for atos medical check.

Could take up to 26 weks befoe i grt appointtment.

Have asked for home visit as I'm totallyy housebound now and everything is done for me except sleeping and eating :-)
