Hi everyone I'm pleased to say my breathing has dramatically eased I thought it wouldn't it being very hard and worrying the only thing I'm left with is a fiery sore tongue and back throat raw fiery very uncomfortable think it's through inhalers even though rince mouth feels like I've eaten hot chilli very raw but at least breathing settled

Thankyou I went to shop with daughter and I feltmy breathing much much improved its just my throat sore and my tongue raw I've been using nystatin but what caused it don't know

Maybe some plain live yogurt would calm down the mouth and throat 🤔

Really glad to hear your breathing is now ok lets hope you can find something to ease your throat maybe some honey in hot water?

That's really good news for you Germantara, just hope that sore throat/ mouth eases off now, try a spoonful of honey just before you use the inhaler, it may coat your throat giving a little protection x

Inhalers have caused me problems with my tongue and vocal cords. I tried doing things to protect my tongue before my puffs-from tissues on my tongue to an oil or honey coating. Just enough, so that I didn’t inhale anything extra! I liked the honey best, of course. 🙄

Have you tried gargling with warm salt water to help ease your tongue? Best wishes.

Thankyou it's improved alot just need ta find something to prevent it I must admit my voice is always hoarsethrough inhalers
