If you mean your rescue pack, it wouldn't hurt. Did being breathless wake you up though or was it just you couldn't sleep. Personally I would just keep an eye on it and if not sure make an appointment chook. Don't fret as you will Start to panic a bit. Hope your OK πŸ‘ πŸ˜‰

Lack of sleep can cause leg cramps. as can being dehydrated, more so as we get older

I go to bed at 12 and watch TV until all hours.

I get heavy legs and sometime cramps.

If you are no better, be seen - No need to panic, but if this lasts ,make an appointment.

Take care and try and get some sleep.

Hi Gementra, i get cramps at night in bed its usually in my leg where the new knee is. Go to loo more than once hence reason for lack of sleep. I have other illness that causes sleep loss . Fretting about it does not help but if its due to breathing problems you wake up then that needs a GP opinion. Sometimes the drugs we use can cause changes in our health and bladder . Many drugs cause breatlessness and if you already have a lung condition like Asthma etc it can make it worse but as you were thinking maybe you overdid things the day before. Take care and contact your GP if needs be.

not sure reaching for the steroid was the best choice. They are re known for causing sleeplessness. I hope you feel better now.

I hope this clears up without any further trouble, but if it doesn't you must see your doctor. It could be the start of an infection. Best wishes.
