Thankyou everyone for you're replysim so great full and sorry for being a nuisance I did have a lovely day and did forget to take me trimbow my sister thought aswell that cause I do get fluid in middle ear she thought it could be preasure plus the blooming taxi didn't turn up so we had ta go bus station it was chock a block then when got off that bus it was dark chest felt tight my breathing was huffy puffy no blooming lighting about path uneven felt stressed I've being OK taday I'm feeling sad aswell cause a lady I worked with for 12 years she always kept in contact when she could she had 2 jobs and I was informed other day she just died suddenly the only thing she had was mild arthritis in her left knee she just died in a blink of an eye she just had her 60 birthday it's just shocking

I just read about your museum trip & was thinking what a lovely day out it would be, but a shame it was spoilt at the end. I’m wary of going anywhere on my own since I had an asthma attack in the car park on a freezing evening, when on my way to meet my sister. Some kind strangers had to step in & help me. It can happen so easily and ruins our confidence!

I’m so sorry to hear about your colleague & bad news coming out of the blue. A shock like that is very upsetting. I’m not surprised you feel sad 😢

Christmas is a hard time to hear of someone dying. Having just lost my dog. I will always remember this time. I know how it feels to be huffy puffy!!Hope you enjoyed your day though. All the best for Christmas and the new year
