Hi everyone just to say sorry I've not done any replies to all you lovely peaple I've had a family worry for a while things have sorted out thank goodness but yesterday I felt abit unwell wasent sure what it was well this morning did covid test sure enough it's positive my breathing not to good so I've taken my steroid tablets aswell as my usual inhalers it has settled but get breathless when moving even when I lay on couch with 3 cushions breathing still abit heavy hopefully tamora might be abit better

Hope the COVID is gentle with you. Hubby and I both caught COVID few weeks ago when he went to have cataract op. Hadn't been on contact anywhere else. Hubby had an infusion within 4 days (couldn't have tablets as on other meds which would interact). Long story short ended 999 to hospital, has COVID pneumonia, had Doxycycline for Haemophilus Influenzae. Tacozin IV abs, discharged after a week but breathing still horrendous, due another CXR to check if pneumonia still present ( has to be 6 weeks after diagnosis). V
