Despite doing three long sessions of drainage for my Sarcoidosis, Lung Fibrosis and Brochiectasis, I still get tickling sensations in the left lung. This is affecting my sleep. It goes on and on. Grunting and clearing....grunting and clearing. I had a terrible night last night, hardly slept. It was awful. Please help.

The Atrovent inhaler (2 puffs) does not make any difference. Honey helped just a little. Any ideas how I stop the tickling sensations?

It definitely sounds like it is irritated I have bronchiectasis and clearance is vital but sometimes I tend to push it and end up sore and tickling lungs and airways it's a battle to get It right. Speak to your respiratory physio nurses who can help advise you.
