Hi Folks. Just a bit of an update from me. I have been on the three in one inhaler Trimbow for Four months now and Oramorph for the same period. Today, I had my yearly review with the practice nurse. I was all prepared for the usual exhausting tests on the computer attached Spirometer but, low and behold, that is all out of the window now and I just had to do one really deep inhale and blow out really fast through a handheld machine. Much less trouble than the previous testing and the result: I have gone from 23% FEV1 to 26%. Even the nurse was surprised and redid the test to make sure. Not what I was expecting after a year of Five Chest Infections and One stay in hospital. So, if anyone is offered Trimbow, give it a chance, it may work for you too. As usual I hope you all keep as well as possible. x

Four months on Trimbow & Oramorph.
Good news johnderby, wishing you well. Xxxx
Great news, really pleased for you x
I've just been transferred to Trimbow last week and early feeling is that it is having more effect than my previous inhalers did.
Well done on test results. I'm glad your feeling better and that Trimble works well for you. Take care of you x Maz
Good to hear. Keep well
That's fantastic news. Trimbow seems to work so well for some people. I'm glad it's working for you. 👍
Thats inspiring for you and for others Johnderby. Good to hear there are treatments to improve conditions. Hope things continue that way. BRIAN
That's great news John. My husband has both of those . He likes the Trimbow for convenience of use after Spiriva and Symbicourt but hasn't noticed a vast difference. He only uses Oramorph very occasionally as he doesn't find it particularly helpful either. The only thing that makes a difference is using his Cpap machine.
So glad they are helping you
Take care and keep well
