Feeling a bit low been on this new Trimbow for nearly two months and found it so good for my breathing BUT i am having side affects i think from it for about 2 weeks i have got bad sinus and blocked up nose on one side plus no sense of smell or taste dry mouth, i read leaflet and it says 1 in 100 people get this trust me to be one of the 100, i have had antibiotics had hay fever tabs but nothing is touching it so my resp nurse taking me off it what a shame, hope it clears up because it is driving me mad as not good with oxygen 24/7 and i love my food lol!! anybody else had problems ???

Hi nannyx6 I am on Trimbow and I have been fine. What a shame you have one of the side effects. It works brilliantly, hope you find something that works for you. Love Bernadette 😳 xx

Shame you suffered from side effects. You say it helped with your breathing - did you find it helped with inflammation?

Yes i do not cough as much and my breathing so much better , the only way i can see if this stuffed up nose and loss of smell and taste is to come off and see if it clears

Hope coming off it sorts out your problems and that you find a good replacement which works. Please keep us updated x

I am sorry to hear that you had side effects especially when it was working. I was hoping to be changed to it but now I am having doubts.

I’m due to start Trelegy. It’s basically Anoro plus a steroid so it works in the same way but has different drugs with similar actions. Its 1 puff once daily which I prefer. It’s also a powder. I have found Anoro highly tolerable but possibly it’s onset of action is more gradual over a 24 hour period.
