Had my first dose of Trimbow this morning and have felt unwell since. Feelings of panic, pins and needles round mouth and breathing no better! I must admit I am also having terrible pain in replacement shoulder and lots of mucus just now and am wondering if all these extra complaints are over shadowing the Trimbow! You are all so knowledgable on here and Trimbow appears to be a Godsend for most people!

Trimbow
Hi I don't seem to have any trouble with Trimbow, I honestly don't know if anyone else has. Please keep us updated and keep posting. Take care and have a good weekend .
😊 Bernadette xx
It is good for some and bad for others. It didn't suit me. Sent my heart rate up and blood pressure. Caused me anxiety agitation and tingling in hands and feet. Increased coughing and mucus. Woke at 4am every night gasping for breath. It is though in the morning it gave you an immediate high and by 2pm you were on a massive withdrawal feeling ill till you.took it again. As I said, it's great for some but not all.
Hi Tilantoe, thank you so much for this. Have persevered til second day and no different! How long did you try it before giving up? I do appreciate the work and advice you all give!
10 weeks ago doc. Wouldn't have it that it was making me ill. So went to nurse who put me back on seretide and braltus until I saw consultant. Only be back on it for 2 days so not feeling great, but the tingling has gone and the racing heart and anxiety has also improved. I am severe emphysema and not had asthma. Although doc. Thinks I might have slight asthma As well now. Hope that helps.
Hello, my experience of Trimbow (87/5/9 micrograms) was that after just 3 weeks went back to my Serevent (250/25 micrograms) & Braltus (10 micrograms) inhalers. Within days on Trimbow I felt very short of breath, that my Asthma (since childhood)/COPD (mild/moderate diagnosed 3 years ago) was uncontrolled & I was using Ventolin 4/5 times a day. Dr suggested I had a cold/chest infection & treated it with Amoxicillin. My feeling was that the dosage of steriod/long acting brochodilation was insufficient to control my symptoms which caused an exacerbation. Within days of resuming previous meds my symptoms began to improve. My feeling is that it's a great medication for some & can reduce the reliance on higher dose steroids in particular but it just wasn't for me. GPs tried to encourage me to give it 6 weeks to work & were not happy that I wouldn't do that but in my opinion meds should not make your symptoms worse. Suggest you list your issues to see if they are noted as side effects & go back to GP to discuss.
My Nan (89) years old has mild COPD and very active walking etc. since been on trimbow for 7 months now, she wheezing and gasping for air and limited walking...stopped trimbow for 1 week now and shes back on furmotol inhaler and braltus and she is now back to normal, no wheezing, no gaspinf for air and walking everyday...i think trimbow suits some people and not others! Also the doctors said it wasn't the trimbow but i feel that doctors don't know everything!
best wishes all keep healthy!
Hi, I tried trimbow about 3yrs ago, was awful. My consultant has just prescribed it again, had 4 days and feel terrible. Going back to my braltus and seretide 500
