Hello. I have just joined this site after reading all about the Aerosure device.

I have COPD and have had it for many years now, I have just had a really bad few weeks and am looking to try to improve my health as best I can.

I think after reading about Aerosure, I will try it and keep the site updated

Hi there,

Welcome and if you look after yourself with exercise, healthy diet , take the medication, and get exacerbations treated early then it is possible to be quite well with it.

Have you been referred to Pulmonary Rehabilitation yet ?

Another very supportive group is Facebook called COPD UK .

Best wishes,

Pp.

I do eat healthy diet and until the age of 47 played Netball as well as going to the gym every day for 1 hour, the gym ended when I was 55.

All that exercise and still end up with health problems. I have also attended the pulmonary rehab, albeit around 3 years ago. I walk everyday for at least an hour whether I feel like it or not. I am very aware of use it or loose it!

I find the aerosure is useful when I have a cold as it helps me move the gunk around my voice box.

That is the most awful thing about it, just won’t shift will it
