Hi

Plenty of opinions

healthunlocked.com/search/a...

If you decide to purchase, best deals from manufacturers web site.

The jury is out on whether it helps or not as it's not been officially medically accepted, which is why stone gave you the link to other posts and replies as it has been debated on here many times.

You will have to make your own mind up whether it works or will work for you. x

It works for me. I have a routine. I get up, take my carbocisteine capsule. Then have my cuppa. About an hour after taking the carbocisteine I use the aerosure for about 5 to 10 minutes and do my coughing etc. Then half an hour later I use my braltus inhaler.

I find my chest is more gungy if I don't use the aerosure. I think it is a really good device.

Thanks i am going to try one, anything that may help

Like Portales I find my Aero0sure a great help. I first use a Beurer steamer for 10 mins or so then 20 times on the machine. Within hours huffing and coughing brings up the gunge. I've used many methods over the years but this works best for me.

But then there are no guarantees, we are all different.

I got one last week and I find it helps me to be less breathless.I'm not sure if it's helping me to get mucus up but overall,I think it's been worth while me getting one.I am always sceptical about the claims these "gadgets" make but as I have said,it definitely is helping me.

Hi why not try a flutter device first? They do very much the same job and might be sufficient for you. They are also a lot cheaper than the aerosure. x
