That's great Mandy I think I'd love one. Luckily I can still enjoy a bath and I have a very comfy chair next to it, I can sit and look across the fields at a lovely view.😃 xxx

Just have a nice long rest and take it easy now, do you think you could be eligible for a walk in shower grant?

I tried for that in my last home but the social service there said if you have a certain amount of money in the bank they wouldn't pay for it, Don't know about the social services where you are

Yes , I am so out of breath after a shower or a bath I have to sit for about 20 minutes til I get my breath back, then have to go through it all again when dressing.

Me too.

Sometimes I find it an effort to have a bath but it's worth it ! :)

Feel the same as everyone else , had a bath earlier and was exhausted as the air is so humid today , had the bathroom window open but it didn't make much difference this time. Have to get one of those bath seats though as I struggle to get out of the bath.

I get very fatigued after having a bath but also have trouble getting in and out of the bath, I have a disabled shower unit but it is nice to have a bath now and again

The bath bit is lovely, it's the getting out and dry that finishes me off!

I struggled with having a bath especially drying myself. Since I attended a pulmonary rehab I have been able to control my breathing better and reduced my anxiety. I also make sure the bathroom is well ventilated. I have also found it easier to dry myself using a towelling robe.
