Living with it!

I have OA and PSA, which has increased in severity quite a lot over the last few months.

I have had 4 joints replaced in my fingers and 2 trapeziectomys, I take my meds but the single most helpful thing I do is Aquafit! Really, it makes so much difference, strengthening the muscles around my joints helps so,much that I now don’t take any painkillers anymore!

My feet and ankles are also affected but with the Aquafit, 3 times a week I can still manage to walk the dog everyday for half an hour.

You have to take responsibility for your self and work with it as well as working with all the wonderful healthcare professionals who help us so,much, it’s still your body. If you can find something that helps you to help, yourself then that’s a win win situation and so positive.
