There is still no box to enter the year. Is there supposed to be? I'm not inclined to do it all again for nothing.
Btw I am using Safari, I never use Explorer. If your survey doesn't work in Safari, I suggest there may be something wrong. Have you trialled it in different browsers at all?
Our group has tried it but didn't find the problem you mentioned and there seems not be a box to enter year after you finish all the boxes. I have submitted one without any answers and succeeded. Or do you mind to post your answers for each questions here? Maybe I can put the answers in the boxes manually. Sorry for bothering you so much
Another thing that I need to remind you is that maybe you can change to use another browser if it still doesn't work. IE is not a good choice anyway
