Arthritis hand pain relief

I suffer from arthritis and do use TENS machine on knees, hips etc. My question is does anyone know if it is ok to put pads directly to hands to relieve pain.

You can actually buy a glove that you use with the tens machine. I got mine from Amazon. It does help.

I use glove with tens machine as it is more effective than pads, as I find it does a better job. I started using the pads before I knew of glove for tens machine.
