I have very painful feet, when I walk I feel like I'm walking on my bones. I've been to doctors but no one seems to be able to help other than tell me to wear insoles. I just had an x-ray of m hip, which I'm not sure why the doctor recommended a hip x-ray since my hip does not hurt. I also have one leg an inch larger than the other but it is not painful. I go back to the doctor in a few weeks when he gets the x-ray results. I've heard you can get botox injections in your feet but I don't know anyone who has had it done.

Painful burning feet
I have the same problem,I had x rays of my hips too.Wear and tear I was told. I have had on going problems with my legs for months so I'd be interested to know how you get on.
I won't know for probably 3 weeks or more. Being on National Health it sometimes takes awhile to get results but when I do I will post the outcome.
It may be helpful to see a podiatrist and get measured for an insole. All my shoes have the over the counter insoles. Some foam some leather with a bit of padding. Apparently I don't have any "padding" on the soles of my feet. Bone to floor.
Mortons Nuroma's is common in RA mine removed surgically twice as insoles do not really work. And yes you might be are walking on the bones, if like me the padding from the metatarsal arch has gone due to RA. I'm having the oporation at end of uly to correct the this and straighten my foot. I've also had the injections as well lots of them just a tempory fix only thing to do with Nuroma's is remove them.
I have burning pain continuously in my legs, which increases when i put weight on my feet. I also think i have my feet flat on the floor but dont and then end up falling all over the place. I have impingement of the nerves in my legs due to problems in my hips. if the doctors xray my hips all looks fine.. however if the do a bilateral xray of the hip they can see my issue (egg shaped ball joints and short femoral neck)
