£250 raised so far.

Hi all just an update to say I have raised £250 so far. Been suffering from headaches none stop for a week so have now had to reinstate the Venlafaxine at 125mg until I can speak to my consultant tomorrow. I have however continued to run 🏃🏽‍♀️ which has been hard work. Especially this evening as it was very cold. Thanks for the continued support and will update you in a few days x 😘 x Beth

That's an amazing amount Bethanylj .......please don't push yourself too far though. You really must put yourself first and take good care. I hope the conversation with your consultant today will be helpful.
